The management of pelvic floor and OASIs can be challenging, and given that 6% of primiparous women sustain recognized OASIs at birth, and up to 10% of these women go on to sustain recurrent OASIs, we need a pathway to ensure that the woman is given consistent advice on the best available evidence. The Chair of the SIG, Dr. Abdul Sultan, would like to formally invite all members to submit a concise yet detailed description of a case that presents a challenging dilemma for discussion.
